Paul Newman has a mixed practice comprising contentious construction and property law. He is familiar with the standard form construction industry contracts and has experience of a wide range of bespoke agreements. Both as counsel and as a mediator Paul deals with final account disputes, including extensions of time, building defects' claims, professional negligence claims against building professionals. He is experienced in litigation, arbitration, adjudication and mediation.
