WHO IS KIRK BUDHOORAM? Kirk Rabindranath Lakshman Budhooram is one of the creators of the Herman’s Tales comedic TV series, which became a huge hit in Trinidad and Tobago. Other creators are Roger Alexis and Kenwyn Francis.
