The Lambournes of Ashdown Farm St. Leonards-on-Sea

About
William Lambourne, after recovering from injuries sustained in World War One, took over the tenancy of Ashdown Farm on the rural outskirts of Hastings in 1921/2. He and later his son remained as tenants until 1958. Four generations of the family lived at the late 16th/early 17th Century farm house at some time or another during this period. The book is the story of the Lambournes involved.
