Terry F. Godlove argues Kant’s theoretical philosophy, also called “the critical philosophy,” contains resources with implications extending far beyond monotheism and its beliefs. Focusing on the philosopher’s account of experience and his argument that human perception of incomplete and finite concepts can yield genuine knowledge and insight, Godlove subtly uses Kant’s “humanizing project” to reshape the discipline.
