Kalinda, the cruel and wicked princess of Fierce Heart, has brought the kingdom to the brink of starvation. War ensues and nearly everyone in and outside of the kingdom has plans to kill her. His first day on the job he finds a woman of the exact same resemblance left to drown at the Holds. Believing she is the princess, he rescues her only to lose her to the ocean waves. What he doesn’t realize is that this woman is not the princess, but a woman beaten by the royal vixen herself and left to die.

Her name is Heather Ren, a tourist and American cursed to have the same physical appearance as the princess. This is bound to get her killed, if not by pirates then by the soldiers of the kingdom. Unless she can make a pact with the rebel forces to overthrow the princess and then take her place, she may find herself down at the bottom of the ocean after all.
