This book takes a close look at the counterproductive, ill conceived and misguided response of the US and state governments to the so called Opioid Crisis. The Opioid Crisis is like speeding without your seatbelt or airbags. It is simply the obvious result of very bad behavior. Government policy does little or nothing to solve the problem and in some cases makes it worse.
