Hush Hush & Secret: Sex Work in Conversation, created by Josephine Norman, is a book of interviews and an 2+ hour audio/video installation that explores issues around sex work from the perspective of seven sex workers. The project encourages the audience to think critically about our ideas about sex work–where do those ideas come from? What makes sex work different from other kinds of work? How can we support sex workers in conversations about laws and policies, like Bill C-36, that impact them the most?"I hope most people understand there is no one story, there is no one way, there is no one position to have other than to support the people doing it, and to listen to them, and to what they need.
