Harpier's Pawn

For the past seven years, FBI Agents Miguel Perez and Larry Jones have been unsuccessful in tracking down a vicious killer responsible for the deaths of over 600 victims found in motel rooms across the state of Texas. Inspired by true events, "Harpier's Pawn " takes the reader down a twisted path of murder, loss, revenge, and betrayal as agent Miguel Perez falls into the clutches of the murderer, whose own fall from society is as heinous as the crimes he has committed. The story takes a turn when young Miguel discovers that there is more to the cloaked man than meets the eye, a turn that will make him search his own soul and ask the question "Which is more important justice or revenge?"
