Choking on Lemonade

ÊFor nearly 20 years, Coleman has mastered the art of condensing concepts into very few words, while never sacrificing those wordsÕ potential to evoke a response. After several traumatic life experiences, including a bout with cancer, Coleman created ÒChoking on Lemonade.Ó This collection of poetry and short writings reflects his ability to not only observe situations, but also his desire to influence their outcome. Very simple words are arranged to tell very complex stories, making the writer extremely vulnerable and the writing extremely accessible. From topics of violence and perversion, to spirituality and natural order, Coleman struggles to find a balance between good and evil. And while disturbing in parts, the overall book paints a picture of a man wanting to save the very world that is trying to kill him.
