Lettre à Philémon et l'ecclésiologie Paulinienne. Philemon and Pauline Ecclesiology

The book collects the essays presented at the 'Colloquium Oecumenicum Paulinum' 2014 in Rome. The authors are famous catholic, protestant and orthodox scholars. Content : analysis of the text of the letter to Philemon as well as social and theological topics (slavery in the ancient world, socio-economic status of Philemon, 'koinonia' and social dynamics, ethics and justification by faith). A history of reading of the letter introduces the book.
