Getting out and seeing the natural beauty of our sunburnt country is something that more and more Australians are doing: whether by 4-wheel drive vehicle, Caravan, bicycle or even on foot. Theres nothing quite like good quality food to cap off the end of a great day of travelling. Which is where this cookbook comes in. The aim was to combine a bunch of amazingly tasty- but just as importantly, practical- meals that you can cook on, or off, the road. This book was written due to the many requests that have been received from viewers and readers to compile the quick and easy recipes used on the road whilst filming 6 seasons of the Pat Callinans 4X4 Adventures TV series. The book incudes an attached DVD ith a further 20 recipes in filmed cooking segments by Jo Clews, Ernie Dingo, Pat Callinan and Duncan Elliot, the Flying Chef.
