Deception in Savannah

Dr. Rick Leatherby kills a local girl in a hit and run while out drinking with his mistress, and his dubious career begins to unravel as his delusions reach new heights. His weight loss clinic is a money laundering operation for the local drug kingpin, and Rick falls farther and farther into the morass of crime in the marshlands. As his plans go awry, everything goes wrong for Rick and his silent partners.
