Murder by Vampire

In this third installment of the series, Connor Harrison finds himself and his fiancée, Andrea Nicholson, trapped in a small mountain town in the middle of a rainstorm with a killer vampire on the loose. One of the two roads out of town is covered by a rockslide and on the other a rickety bridge is about to be washed away. The local police chief and his deputy, the only law in town, are on the other side of the bridge and the chief is forced to deputize the PI by police radio. Connor is given the task of finding the killer and also his fiancée who has been kidnapped by unknown persons.Will the vampire strike again, and can Connor find Andrea? Also, how does the drunken doctor, the only medical person in town, figure into this drama? Our PI hero must use all his wits to solve the mystery of the vampire and save his fiancée before she becomes the next victim.
