The Weekend Ghost

Sara is anxiously looking forward to meeting the chidren of her mother's new partner who are coming to spend the weekend in the country. Lauren the eldest is a bit prickly but the five children soon get involved in turning an old summerhouse into a den. All goes well until they hear screams from 7-year old Zoe, who claims to have seen the ghost of a boy in old fashioned clothes. The weekend is ruined as Zoe insists on going home. Two weeks later the boy ghost appears to all five children and seems to have an urgent message for them. When Sara finds a copy of TREASURE ISLAND in the attic inscribed to Tom on his 18th Birthday in 1940, she is convinced that this could be a clue to the ghost's identity. The children quiz oneo fo the elderly villagers and hear the tragic story of Tom. Who visited his grandparents every weekend in the War and was killed by a stray bomber. As the weeks go by the ghost gets more and more adgitated, is he trying to warn the children about something?
