Your roadmap to proper English

About
Soigné crowd hurling syntax-slaughtering and grammar-stabbing sentences at each other is not an uncommon sight in Mumbai. Here, everyone is confident of their English. Everyone wants to speak in the 'Lingua Pura' only to make it 'impura'! When I heard people pronounce 'Michael Douglas' as 'Michael डोगलास' and 'Drought' as 'ॉट' instead of their right pronunciations and when my neighbour excitedly told me that 'she's 'having' a new car', I knew that it was time for the congregation of 'Grammar Nazis' and 'Language Patrolmen'. So here at the Rotaract Club of NM College, we shall try to portray the idiosyncrasies of English in India and give you a roadmap to 'Proppah English'. Happy Reading and keep teaching them your tongue ;)! P.S. While reading the bulletin, pay keen attention to what 'The Teacher Said' because this teacher is NEVER wrong!
