Jessie Jones was born 15 April 1794 in Ohio. His parents were Samuel Jones (b. 1755) and Mary Mote. He married Jane Cothren and they had seven children. He [later] married Naoma Tucker and they had two daughters. He died in 1888 in Ohio.
