The local soap factory rules the lives of everyone in Soap City and has made Mrs. cramp a mad scientist of super-cleaning concoctions. Lucien (the good twin) and Wayne (the bad twin) push each other, their parents and the town to hilarious limits! In this story, Lucien's best friend Tony "The Shrimp Boy" Parsons is accidentally swallowed by Wayne, who is of course up to no good, and it is up to Lucien and Tony to save the day.
