Modeling the response of Moving Target Indicator (MTI) delay line filters is typically accomplished via two-dimensional plots. This study uses computer visualization technology to take advantage of the natural tendency to make visual comparisons in order to develop a visualization model that presents filter response behavior using several approaches. Presenting filter response behavior through multiple approaches offers the viewer an opportunity to conduct analysis of the results from multiple perspectives. MATLAB is used to model delay line filter response behavior via an animation scene, two-dimensional plots, and three-dimensional plots.
