When a well-known Wesley banker is killed on her doorstep, Claire Maxwell’s day goes downhill fast—especially when she’s considered a prime suspect. Although it’s unlikely that Claire’s brother, Chief Jack Maxwell, really believes she had anything to do with it, she doesn’t like any possible connection between her and a dead man.
