Matt Granite Baseball Series Join Matt Granite the San Francisco Gladiators star high school catcher as he goes On The Road to face Johnny Morinda and the San Gabriel Tangelos. Matt and his friends, Sean and Jack will match wits against the Tangelos and their pea green uniforms on their arch rival's home turf. It's all in for the trio as the baseball world still hasn't recovered from their debut in Row 24 Seat 12. About the author: Greg Sheehan lives in San Mateo, Ca. He started playing organized baseball at six years old with a league for eight year olds. With his twin brother Mark they became known as the Dynamic Duo on the field. Greg led the Bellarmine Bells to the WCAL baseball championship in 1974 and led the California CCS in RBI's and batting average. He was the MVP of the Junior Varsity team at San Jose State in 1975. He has batted against many future major league pitchers, From Dave Righetti to Rick Foley.
