About
While most disease can have more than one cause, poor, inappropriate diet is often the major cause, and many times correctable via appropriate diet (food, herbs), which is why others and I were able to cure
  • High cholesterol, atherosclerosis, obesity, edema
  • High blood pressure, lower back pain, neuralgia
  • Plantar Fasciitis, arthritis, impotence, common cold
  • GIRD, heartburn, constipation, anal fissure, ADD
  • Irritable Bowel Syndrome, anxiety, insomnia
  • Dry cracked lips, nails, dry cough, sinusitis, cellulite
  • Acne, psoriasis, eczema, anemia, miscarriage
  • Breast tumors, cancer, cystitis, yeast infection

Appropriate diet is determined by biology and physics (matter and energy) and varies with individual (condition, climate).

The body has its own design, maintenance plan, specific recommendations: diet, exercise, climate for every structure function, healthy, diseased

The body, every structure function does nothing more than physically and energetically change, alternate, balance
  • Build up increase, thicken, heat, expand, stimulate
  • Break down decrease, thin, cool, contract, relax
  • Via diet (building, cleansing, heating, cooling, drying, moistening nutrients, foods, herbs); in addition to exercise, sex, climate and thought

The recommended balance, diet maintains normal structure function (98.6˚F) health, pleasure. Any other balance, in the extreme disease, pain via abnormal

Too much building, structure function (s/f)
  • Diseases: thick, hard, hot, damp, dry
  • Thick blood (clots, high cholesterol, tumors, cancer)
  • Thick arteries (plaque, atherosclerosis, hypertension)
  • Constipation, stones, obesity, insomnia, ulcers
  • Hot, oily, dry skin (acne, psoriasis, rashes), arthritis
  • Dysmenorrhea, endometriosis, pancreatitis, prostatitis

Too little building, s/f, too much breaking down
  • Diseases: thin, dry, cold, deficient
  • Thin blood (anemia, fatigue, pallor, coldness)
  • Amenorrhea, infertility, miscarriage, impotence
  • Dry, cracked lips, nails, skin, eczema; arthritis, ADD
  • Hypotension, autoimmune, constipation, loose stools
  • Osteoporosis, memory loss, diabetes, prolapse, IBS

Every disease, can be defined physically and energetically by building up and breaking down, which are the key words, energetic terms, opposites that define the overall building up, breaking down, thickening, thinning, heating, cooling, drying, moistening nature of the body, every structure, function, symptom, disease, nutrient, food, herb, taste, etc. There is nothing neutral.

Animal food (flesh, eggs, hard cheese) high protein, fat is hot, building, moistening. Soft dairy low protein, fat, is less building, heating more cooling, moistening. Beans, nuts and seeds are less building, heating. Fruit, vegetables cool, moisten, reduce, cleanse. Many vegetarian diets are low protein, low fat, cold, cleansing (salads, juices) making vegetarians colder more susceptible to colds, unlike animal (tumors, cancer).

Everyone is the same (biology, physics) but different (condition, climate). Some (cholesterol, atherosclerosis, high blood pressure, obesity, PF, arthritis, analfissure, insomnia, acne, psoriasis, breast tumors, cancer), i.e. hot, thick, fatty get better, cooled, cleansed on a vegetarian diet +/- herbs, others worse. Some (anemia, infertility, eczema, miscarriage, impotence, arthritis, neuralgia, ADD, IBS,anxiety, insomnia), i.e. cold, thin, dry, protein and fat deficient get better, stronger eating animal (Atkins,Paleo, Zone) +/- herbs, others worse. . Opposites attract, likes repel.

Without biological and energetic, building up, breaking down, hot, cold, dry, moist, energetic and materialdifferentiation of disease, diet, your ability to correctly diagnose disease, diet, choose thecorrect foods, herbs, reverse, eliminate extremes, abnormalities (too much, toolittle) naturally heal will be severely limited. You will have occasionalsuccesses but never total control, knowledge, ability to prevent and or curechronic illness.
