Pilgrimages

Pilgrimages by Bill Glass is a journal of ten guided tours taken by the author. Each tour was also a pilgrimage because on each he made a spiritual connection, ¿an experience not unlike that feeling of strange familiarity called déjà vu.¿ The first tour was in 1970 when Bill was a marine stationed at the U.S. Naval Base in Rota, Spain. He visited Italy, Egypt, Cyprus, Israel, and Greece. After retirement, Bill and his wife, Ann, made eight trips to the British Isles. Their last tour in 2011 was to The Netherlands. The book has over 200 colored photographs.
