Excerpt: Air Elementals are sapient elemental beings made of coalesced air, wind, storms and weather. The violent and territorial monarchs of the skies they inhabit, they favor mountaintops and other high locations for their lairs. Their physical appearance is that of clouds crackling with lightning, with a pair of glowing yellow orbs representing eyes. Two columns of mist shot through with even lightning extend from the main column like giant arms, each encircled with blue metal bracers. They are the fastest and most agile of the elementals known from the Elemental Plane, and move with silent grace. As a whole they seek to effect physical change such as erosion via wind upon the worlds they can be found in such as Skywall, Azeroth and Draenor.
