Or, so Dr. Helen Milner discovers, in her post as a highly respected Psychiatric Registrar, responsible for the completion of initial reports on all patients referred to a secure unit known as Hollbury. Primarily, Dr. Milner's professionalism is called into question with the arrival of one depraved patient: convicted murderer, David Lowe.
