Perceptions of Participants Enrolled in Adult Education Programs Regarding the Role of Computer-based Instruction

The interview protocol contained open-ended questions in the four areas: (a) participant exposure to computers before adult education class; (b) kind of computer-based learning in adult education classrooms; (c) how participants perceive computer learning; and (d) ways in which computer use effect participants' retention and vocational viewpoints. Each interview was recorded and then transcribed.
