Insurance Code This is the 12th edition updated to September 10, 2020. The collection contains the Insurance Code, which is in force since January 1, 2016. It regulates the activities of insurance and reinsurance, insurance and reinsurance mediation; the rules for distribution of insurance products and for settlement of insurance claims; the insurance contract; compulsory insurance; the authorization, liquidation and bankruptcy of an insurer or reinsurer; insurance supervision.
