Eidolon 631

Jeremiah is Eidolon 631 -- a modified biological field agent in the service of the DEM, and a soldier of the Protectorate sworn to uphold "The Protocols": the fundamental, inherent moral, and ethical laws that maintain the harmonious flow of energy throughout "The Grid." After establishing himself as a highly effective field agent, Jeremiah is assigned the duty of trainer and mentor for a talented new recruit, Ezekiel -- Eidolon 718. Unknown to both men, the sequence of events that brought them together will reveal a horrible secret that could tear apart the very fabric of creation, forcing Jeremiah to make the ultimate decision: whether to carry out his duty, or sacrifice his own life to follow his conscience.
