Henry Pelham Fiennes Pelham Clinton was born 30 January 1785 at Walton in Essex. His parents were Thomas, 3rd Duke of Newcastle (1752-1795) and Anna Maria Stanhope (1760-1834). He married Georgiana Elizabeth Miller Mundy (1789-1822), daughter of Edward Miller Mundy (1750-1822) and Georgiana, 18 July 1807. They had eleven children.
