The Teleios Technique

Teleios Technique, is based on my odyssey to discover I am a spiritual being of light, love and freedom. It explains the processes I found most helpful in releasing past traumas to allow me to be open to experience others, the world around me and my self as spiritual. The path to overcome my lack of birthright has taken me through the discovery of stress management and deconditioning. MariEl taught me that the past could be released in a quick, efficient way. Bioenergetics taught me how to express feelings and release anger. Some clients went into past lives. This pushed me to discover how to work with regression and then into my own past lives. Ann White opened me to the world of the Ascended Masters, angels and archangels, and asking for their assistance for the healing of others. I know God as light and non-judgmental love. I have seen the lame walk, cancer reverse, and brain lesions disappear to teach me how powerful faith is. As I learned to use intuition I have traveled many paths, including exorcism and ghost busting. I have learned the power of a loving group in helping others to discover who they are.
