Eleven years before the legendary Roswell incident Germany had its own strange occurrence. In the summer of 1936 an unidentified flying object crashed in the Black Forest close to the town of Freiburg. Himmler and his SS troops drew a veil of secrecy over the event. Locally rumours and speculation about the crash persisted for some time. Where did the strange machine come from and where did it end up? What was the fate of the crew one of whom was said to have survived? Who was the beautiful and enigmatic Maria Orsic? What was the function of the mysterious Vril Society that Maria was a high priestess of? Did the Vril Society really summon the spacecraft from its home planet telepathically?
