Professional Investigations

This text covers the history of private investigations and provides a comparison and contrast the role of a private investigator to the role of government investigators. The students will also learn to identify strategies for business development and environment and be able to analyze ethical and liability issues involving private investigations. The student will develop skills for practice techniques and surveillance. This text is appropriate for criminal justice, criminal investigation, and homeland security programs.
