June is one of those rare unique individuals who survive and even thrive with this very difficult disease. Drawing on the things I have learned the last 34 yeas, I have compiled my book and workbook of tools, in hopes that some, or all of the tools will be helpful to the Bi Polar person, and their families to have a more manageable life.
