When Lori discovers she's pregnant after a one night stand with a stranger she met in a bar, she decides to have an abortion to hide her infidelity from her husband. But when the abortion clinic is hit by several bolts of lightning, she takes it as a sign and decides to keep the baby and pass it off as her husband's.
