Multi-genre Role Playing Game core rules book. Includes point based character generation, personal combat, limited paranormal abilities system. Primarily suited for realistic modern and historical games, but capable of low-to-mid fantasy, and even low-end street-level superheroes. Does not include weapon nor vehicle design; those are published separately. System noted for minimal use of dice, and only using d10's.
