The Trust Factor Now offers a wake-up call for the times. In the first decade of the twenty-first century, we have experienced an intense season of natural and relational turbulence. What’s more, the external turbulence we are experiencing in nature parallels the internal conflict raging in the soul of mankind. In this “storm season,” we have witnessed an unprecedented and accelerating progression of turbulent events: vicious attacks, attention-grabbing crises and catastrophes, rising political division and strife, and an increased awareness of human deception and corruption. This has resulted in people arising from their apathy and complacency, aligning with new purpose and vision, and advancing positive changes through restored standards and values. It is quite obvious that all this turbulence has shaken many people out of their comfort zones and inspired personal change. None of us are exempt from life’s problems, issues, drama, trauma, crisis, or tragedy, but how we respond to them influences how they affect our lives. The Trust Factor Now reminds us that in the midst of life’s turbulence, there are opportunities for growth through faith.
