Time Will Tell

Katie, adopted from Romania, is self-conscious about her exotic looks. She believes she's too fat, too dark, too different. When her friend, Henry, is seriously injured in a prank that goes horribly wrong, she finds herself suddenly transported to Elizabethan London, where she meets a variety of interesting characters, including William Shakespeare. Her time travel reinforces valuable lessons she has been learning at school--lessons about mercy and justice and compassion.
