"Since its inception in 1977, the Aga Khan Award for Architecture has recognised almost 100 projects that have set new standards of excellence in architecture, planning, conservation and landscape design. To mark the 30th year of the award, this publication includes a historical overview of winning projects, seminars and events through the years. Each of the projects selected in this 10th cycle of the award is illustrated through detailed drawings, specially commissioned photographs and concise descriptions. An introductory essay by Homi K.
