Hardback book with illustrated covers. The front cover has the title at the top in black and red ink. The lower two-thirds of the front cover is a black and white illustration of the exterior of a house. The roof is tinged red in this picture. The back cover has the continuation of the illustration from the front, as well as two inserts, detailing the exterior and interior of the house. The front and back covers have come completely free of the stapled pages, but are holding together with the fabric of the spine. The first page is also free of the binding. The edges of the covers are also quite worn. Size: 9" x 12"

These designs were featured in various publications, many of which served as both technical manuals and catalogs. By the 1920s, Radford Co. transitioned to printing periodicals with his flagship publication American Builder. Though the Radford Co. shuttered by the mid-1930s, many of its architectural plans remain available."
