KING ARTHUR AND THE DRAGON OF CAMELOT

Four children set off together one stormy December day on an imaginary quest to find King Arthur’s famous sword, Excalibur. They have no idea that they will end up lost and on the adventure of a lifetime. Led by the eldest, Timothy, the three other children—Diane, Mark, and Joan—are no strangers to excitement; even so, nothing could prepare them for the mysterious, secret castle hidden deep in the dark forest near home. The children’s imaginations could never have conjured the monstrous dragon living in the ruins of the castle. As they face a series of terrifying battles between the forces of good and evil, the children find themselves investigating a local mystery, discovering an ancient prophecy, and recognising the part each must play in the fight against evil—especially if they want to save others from danger. In this thrilling adventure into mythology and dreams, four children must rely on their strongest qualities— toughness, solidarity, tenderness, ingenuity, perseverance, and courage—in order to save the day. They will learn that every hero must play his or her part in the battle against evil.
