About
Finally, we extend the application of LDPC codes for use with multiple antenna systems. Using approximate density evolution, we search for optimum 2p-ary quasiregular codes for quasi-static fading. We also show that on fast fading channels, 2p-ary irregular LDPC codes, though designed for static channels, have superior performance to binary irregular codes designed specifically for fast fading channels.
