About
A small team of young graduates from the School of History of the University of San Marcos led by Milagros Romero, a historian with experience in several projects to recover the architectural heritage in the city of Lima, decided to enter the field of heritage protection. This book comprises eight studies on the buildings adjacent to the current Legislative Palace in the Barrios Altos neighborhood of Lima (Peru), to which the title is due.
