Superman: Unconventional Warfare

Clark Kent is back at the Daily Planet but funds himself relegated to the police beat, riding along with the Metropolis Special Crimes Unit and their new commander, Lt. Lupe Teresa Leocadio-Escudero. The SCU is nearly destroyed by the arrival of Replikon, who is deadlier than ever but seemingly not in control of his actions. Superman must protect Metropolis, come to a working understanding with Lupe, and unravel the mystery that threatens his city. Meanwhile, Lois Lane is sent to the Middle East to be embedded with the Army forces but finds that she has rubbed the top brass the wrong way.
