Have just discovered this reference (as of 16th June, 2011) This was designed as a distance learning text for students studying on a Portsmouth Health and Safety course. It was one of several Frank Wright and I contributed on related themes, some twenty-five years ago, based as we then were, at the School of Law, Leeds Polytechnic, later to become the Leeds Metropolitan University.
