This laboratory manual presents both the classical laborious methods of chemical, physical, microbiological and organo- leptical methods of analysis and the modern, sophisticated but rapid procedures of testing and analysing. Special at- tention is given to economical, rapid methods which are rea- dily available and easy to use in tropical climates.
