It has since been made into a radio serial for BBC Radio 4.The book covers history from the Point of Divergence in 1963. John F. Kennedy was wounded in the assassination (It is implied that Jacqueline Kennedy was killed, in the renaming of the Kennedy Space Center as the Jacqueline B. Kennedy Space Center), and was crippled.
