About
This is a standalone

Unsure of her attractiveness, Melody Brooklyn Diaz is a lot on her plate and a lot on her waist. Teased for her size throughout her entire life, this insecure woman is trying to get control of the way people see her, especially men.

Coming from a relationship that ended terribly because of her size, she just doesn't know how long until she's going to find a man that's appreciative of her no matter the size. They all seem to good to date a big girl. It puts a dent in her self-confidence.

With three smaller best friends, she's always overlooked. But, along comes nutritionist Rahmel Hooks, and things begin to look up for her. She's more confident, she's healthier, but still stubborn about her looks. She doesn't care how many times Rahmel tells her she's fine, she's still insecure. Will she be able to get over that insecurity? Or, will she push her family, friends, and Rahmel away for trying to reassure her that she's beautiful?

Mr. Hooks isn't actually interested in helping her lose weight, but offers the help anyway. What he observes is a beautiful, black woman with curves in all the right places. He sees the beauty in a plus size girl. The problem is, can he convince her that she's fine the way she is? Can she learn to love herself so that he can love her?
