Traveling The Road From Broke To Broke-No-Mo': Making Money In Real Estate With Little To No Money, Bad To No Credit, And Little To No Time

When I realized I could make money in real estate, using little to no money, with my bad credit, and in very little time; my life was changed forever. One day, as I was driving along, I kept hearing the same commercial for an upcoming seminar on how you can invest in real estate with no money of your own. That same day, a coworker and very close friend announced on Facebook that she had made $10,000 in just one month by investing in real estate! Needless to say, that was all the confirmation I needed to point my interests in the direction of this wonderful world of real estate investing. After a few months of banging my head against the same wall and not making a dent in anything but my head (yet getting a ton of practice, lol), I finally got a break. My son and I were involved in a minor car accident in April of 2016. I received $6,500 from the at-fault party’s insurance carrier and made a conscious decision to invest more in myself and get serious about my future. The phone calls and leads started rolling in during the Month of June. I contracted a property one Friday in June and had it assigned to an end buyer just three days later.
