Survey on staff development policies

"The purpose of this Brief is to give law librarians a quick overview of the status (or lack thereof) of staff development programs in libraries similar to their own, as well as some starting points for updating or developing a staff development program. The Brief consists of responses from a survey of law libraries in fall of 2004, as well as an annotated bibliography of recent sources on content and creation of staff development programs in libraries.
