Joseph DiNardo, Esq. is the CEO, director, and founder of Counsel Financial, a highly specialized commercial lender offering loans and credit lines to law firms. In these roles he oversees all business transactions and provides long-term strategy for the company.
Prior to founding Counsel Financial in 2000, Joe practiced mass tort and personal injury law for over 26 years. During his extensive trial career he represented thousands of injured plaintiffs, securing multi-million dollar, high-profile settlements or awards on cases tried to verdict.
Joe has lectured for the New York State and American Bar Associations as well as the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. He is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School and has been featured several times in Best Lawyers in America, the oldest and most respected peer-review publication in the legal profession.
A Letter to My Wife is Joe’s first book, a labor of love dedicated to his late wife, Marcia.
