How to Run Polls & Activities in Your Club

    Find Polls & activities

    Open your club’s tools — the “More” chip at the top of the club chat in the mobile app — and choose Polls & activities. Only the club host can create polls.

    Create a poll

    Write your question and add the options. The classic use: let members vote on the club’s next book from a shortlist you pick.

    Keep it to 3–4 options — long ballots split the vote and nothing wins convincingly.

    Members vote

    Members see the poll in the club and cast their votes. Give it a nudge in chat so nobody misses it.

  4. 4

    Act on the results

    Announce the winner in chat and make it official — update the club’s book, schedule the first meeting, and let the AI facilitator generate fresh topics for the new read.
